Okanagan Falls Town Centre Plan

UFA was retained by the RDOS to develop a Plan for the revitalization of downtown Okanagan Falls, a small community in the Okanagan Valley. The Plan process was undertaken over several phases and included consideration of transportation issues, land use, the public realm and built form design guidelines. A two-day integrated design charrette involving more than 60 participants was a central feature of the process, leading to a compelling Plan that enjoyed strong community support. The Plan reorients development towards the Lake Skaha waterfront, the town’s greatest asset.
